I am a freelance commissioned costumer. I design, pattern, construct & alter costumes, clothing & props for reenactors, cosplayers & performers. I do not and will not engage in unethical, illegal behavior for you. I will not infringe on nor violate copyrights, patents, or trademarks. All work is custom and unique.

Design decisions, measurements & deadlines
Design decisions, such as fabrics, notions, materials and supplies. We assume no
liability for inaccurate or incorrect measurements provided by the client. Failure by the client to provide accurate information severely impacts progress and deadlines.

Fabric, supplies, design changes, payment
Prices are quoted for labor only. Client may choose to supply fabric, notions and
supplies, subject to acceptance by me. Payment may be made by PayPal, cash check, money order, or credit/debit card in US dollars. Terms are 50% deposit for labor, with balance due prior to pick up. Canceled orders may receive 50% of deposit, provided work has not started. Client can choose to have their item shipped. Unless otherwise specified, we use expedited (2-3 day) shipping with tracking number. We cannot not ship COD.

Project starts when
(1) contract signed and cleared, (2) deposit received, (3) measurements received, & (4) all necessary and required supplies have been received.

Abandoned & undeliverable garments
All garments and materials are the company’s property until the client's account is paid
in full. Fabric and supplies from canceled orders, if supplied by the client, may be
returned at the client's expense. Finished garments undeliverable over 30 days after completion without prior arrangement become the company’s property and may be disposed of as we see fit.

Use of Photos
This document constitutes a release and permission for me to use photographs of the
client wearing the ordered garment for advertising and publicity purposes at no charge to me. This includes pictures of the garment taken by me, using a model other than the client taken before shipment, or pictures of the client wearing the garment taken after delivery.

Waiver of Liability
By signing this agreement, the client, on behalf of his or her heirs, assigns, personal
representatives and next of kin, hereby releases and holds harmless Misty Goforth
Coleman dba Misty’s Custom Costume Creations with respect to any and all direct,
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary injury, loss or damage to
person or property as a result of this contract. provides a service, making custom
garments/products to your instructions. Further, the client agrees to waive and release
any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits and rights, that the client, or
anyone on their behalf may have against Misty Goforth Coleman dba Custom Costume
Creations in connection with this contract or the garment specified in the design
description.
